What kind of courses can I create?
You will be able to create public as well as private events.
Public courses are free activities where any registered person can participate. For example, there are often conferences where attendance is capped, or where the location makes it prohibitive for many people to attend. In these cases, Wormhole LMS offers the perfect solution for scaling your training content to audiences that can’t be there in person.
On the other hand, private courses are those that have a previously established program by a teacher, divided into classes with additional course material. They are designed to be carried out in an ongoing training curriculum with times and assignments allocated to the users.

How many simultaneous classes can all my students have? How many simultaneous participants can interact with Wormhole LMS?
According to your selected subscription plan, you may have between 10 to 80 classes simultaneously. The number of students varies according to the plans – but can scale up to 10,000 students or participants.

What documents can I upload to LMS?
Wormhole LMS lets you upload documents from Microsoft Office and Open Office, various image formats, and pdfs. The other formats from MS Office 2007, that is to say, pptx, .docx, .xlsx, are still on beta status therefore we do not recommend their use. But it is simple to re-save those formats into the .ppt, .doc, .xls formats.

Can I modify the appearance of the Campus and of the virtual Classrooms?
Wormhole LMS has a versatile and basic design that can be personalized with the visual identity of your company. Your company logo can be added, the background design of the Virtual Campus can be changed, and colors, buttons, and fonts can be adapted to the ones used in the design of your corporate identity. What technical requirements do I have to take into account to manage courses with Wormhole LMS?
In order to use Wormhole LMS you simply need a computer with Internet access. It’s a safe, secure, hosted service and works completely via the web. When you subscribe to a Wormhole LMS plan, we adapt the Campus and Virtual Rooms appearance according to your branding. Likewise, if you wish, you can host your courses and contents in our servers. From that moment you will be able to design the training courses tailored to your needs and start to offer courses easily and effectively.

What technical requirements must students take into account to access content with Wormhole LMS?
To access course material they only need to have internet access at the moment of downloading them; it is not necessary to be 100% online. However, to attend classes in virtual rooms they must be connected to the web and before entering the class they should have a web cam and a microphone connected. We recommended following the steps to check camera and peripheral connections to avoid problems during the class.

What are the requirements to use a live virtual room?
The only requirement to use the live room is an Internet connection and a microphone. If you wish to have a much better experience a web cam is recommended.
A screen of a resolution of at least 800 x 600 is required. For a better experience, screen resolution of 1024 x768 or higher is recommended.

When do I need the microphone and the web cam plugged in?
The microphone and the web cam have to be plugged in before entering the live room. It is strongly recommended to take step 2 before entering the room in order to check that the peripherals are working properly.
